“His goal was to lose 50lbs by his birthday. He hit that goal, passed it losing 61 lbs and then he kept going. Results like this make the early mornings and late evenings worth it! Same lighting, same location, ⬇⬇ shirt size, and 120lbs less body weight! I'm continually blown away each time we step on the scale.”

“Sometimes when you see someone several times a week for several months, it takes looking back to realize just how much change has actually happened. This was one of those times! Super proud of you Susan for all of the hard work you've put in this past year! Your consistent (mostly 😜) clean eating coupled with a good mix of hiit, cardio, and strength training has resulted in a drop of 56 lbs and more than a 10% decrease in body fat percentage! Way to go and what a transformation!”

  • Dani Epling, group ex instructor

    Dani Epling, group ex instructor

RD, LDN, RYT - Yoga Instructor and Registered Dietician.

“My name’s Dani, born and raised in Forest, I’m a registered dietitian and 200-hour certified yoga instructor with 5 years of experience teaching and 13 years of practice on my mat. In a way, I’m still trying to pinpoint my passion – nutrition or exercise? As a dietitian, I’ve found that many of our issues around food are directly related to stress and emotions. Yoga offers a way for us to heal these issues and build a positive relationship with ourselves and our bodies. Through my lighthearted approach to teaching, I aim for everyone to feel at home in my classes as well as in their own bodies. I love to combine sweaty power flows with soothing restorative poses. In this way, my classes mirror real life and better prepare you to tackle obstacles off the mat with strength and poise. “Ut prosim” translates to “that I may serve”, which is the reason that I teach. As a fourth-generation Virginia Tech graduate, I will always strive to live out this motto and serve my community by sharing my love for yoga and health.”
