GROUP WORKOUT SCHEDULE

HIIT WORKOUTS

SHRED

Designed to burn a lot of calories in a short bout, Shred uses circuits of conditioning (rower, assault bike, treadmill, ski erg) along with full body, high repetition strength exercises designed to burn fat, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and develop a lean physique.

Box

A high intensity workout that uses real boxing techniques, heavy bag work, and mitt work and blends them with weight training, conditioning, and functional movements.

STRENGTH WORKOUTS

Power

Want to move like an athlete? Then train like an athlete! Power features short bouts of strength and speed exercises. Utilizing conditioning drills, Olympic weightlifting movements, and core & stability exercises -  Power is designed to increase overall power output, full body coordination, and stability.

Lift

Lift utilizes compound barbell movements paired with dumbbell and Kettlebell accessory movements. Lift is designed to increase strength, improve physique, and lifting technique, and enhance athletic performance. LIFT will also assist in speeding up your metabolism over time as you develop more lean muscle!

FLOW

YOGA

Our yoga blends balance, mindfulness, core strengthening and flexibility. Heated (coming soon) and non-heated yoga - Power and restorative formats available!

CORE

A pilates-esque workout incorporating multi-plane core strengthening exercises, unilateral movements, and high repetition, low impact exercises. Expect a continuous-movement experience that works to increase stability, enhance athletic performance & boost range of motion through high reps & long, slow holds. 

Sculpt

High repetition, high energy, but low impact and lighter weights! This workout provides head to toe toning and sculpting workouts with an emphasis placed on the thighs, obliques, arms, shoulders and back!

Butts & Guts

40 minutes of pumping music with fast paced and high repetition free weight, resistance band, and body weight movements make this one highly efficient workout! Butts & Guts is designed to tone the entire body with some EXTRA emphasis on the booty and core!
