VINYASA YOGA - Vinyasa Yoga is distinguished by its fluid transitions and movement through a series of carefully planned poses while coordinating your breathe with fluid movement. All levels welcome.

HOT POWER FLOW - Vinyasa Yoga with some extra balancing poses and opportunities to challenge yourself. Practiced in our studio heated to 102 degrees. The higher temperature allows for deeper stretching and increases the heart rate for a better cardiovascular workout.

POWER SCULPT - Power Sculpt combines Yoga with elements of cardio, strength, and core work with movements set to the beat of the music to deliver a lengthening and toning workout. Class starts and ends with Power Yoga Flow and incorporates weights, squats, push-ups, and cardio in between.
