HOT YOGA - Vinyasa Yoga style practiced in our yoga studio heated to 102 degrees. The higher temperature allows for deeper stretching and increases the heart rate for a better cardiovascular workout.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA - You're feeling good in your practice and you're ready for the next challenge. Feeling like crow pose and headstands may be in your future? This class is for you. 45 minutes of intermediate Vinyasa poses concluded with 15 minutes of Restorative poses to end your evening with some deep relaxation.

BARRE FLOW - Enjoy this combo class of cardio-based Barre to strengthen and tone followed by a Vinyasa flow designed to strengthen and stretch
