SHRED

  • Shred uses circuits of conditioning (rower, assault bike, treadmill, ski erg) along with full body, high repetition strength exercises designed to burn fat, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and develop a lean physique without the loss of muscle mass commonly seen with traditional cardio training.  You can expect to complete several 4-8 minute circuits separated by short rest periods.
