A High intensity boxing workout combined with bouts of strength and conditioning circuits. Utilizing heavy bags, mitt work, kettle bells, sandbags, body weight, and free weight exercises.
Onscreen feedback provides you with heart rate and calorie data + a detailed post workout report emailed directly to your inbox.
Boxing gloves and hand wraps are provided for your first visit (limited quantities available).
Led by certified boxing and cycle instructors, this workout features a condensed version of our popular performance based cycling + high intensity boxing techniques.
You'll work the heavy bag, mitts, cycle, and various conditioning exercises to burn a ton of calories, shed fat, improve cardiovascular endurance and power, and tone the entire body.
Onscreen feedback provides you with various cycle and heart rate metrics and an emailed report will allow to track each ride.
